Terms and Conditions

Participant Requirements:

Participants must be in good health. Tours are moderate and suitable for children and adults aged 10 to 80 who can walk uphill and downhill.

Tour Changes:

Itineraries may change due to weather or unforeseen events.

Liability:

Hiking and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Participants accept full responsibility.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour.

50% refund for cancellations 24–48 hours before.

No refund for same-day cancellations; rescheduling possible.

No refund for no-shows or unannounced cancellations.

Insurance:

Travel and accident insurance is recommended. Beyond Essaouira is not liable for injuries, delays, or cancellations due to force majeure.

Image Use:

Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for promotion, without harming participants' honor, image, or privacy.

Resolution of Conflicts:

Any disputes arising from this booking agreement will be settled exclusively by Moroccan courts under Moroccan law. Both participants and Beyond Essaouira waive the right to seek resolution through other means such as arbitration or government bodies. Jurisdiction lies with the courts corresponding to Beyond Essaouira's address.
